This policy explains what the Y'all Street Alliance collects through this website, why, and who can see it.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, executive title, company or organization, corporate email address, financial sector, primary interest, and any message you choose to add. We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, confidential or sensitive personal information through this form.

Why we collect it

Membership is limited to CEOs and top market executives, so we use your title and organization to confirm eligibility, and your email address to reply to you. We use your inquiry for no other purpose.

Who sees it

Inquiries are emailed directly to the Executive Director, Hans Klingler. They are not stored in a database on this website and are not shared with any third-party form or marketing service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with other members or outside organizations without your permission.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which delivers our pages and routes the inquiry email. In doing so, Cloudflare processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third party. We use no advertising networks and no analytics or tracking services.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If access to the site is restricted at any time, for example during a review period, Cloudflare sets a sign-in cookie so you are not asked to verify your email on every page.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept in the Executive Director's email for as long as needed to respond and to administer membership, and are deleted when no longer needed for those purposes or to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to provide a copy of the information you submitted, correct it, or delete it. Write to hans@hansklingler.comand we will respond. You may also ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Because it is a static website with no database and no user accounts, there is no stored member information for an attacker to obtain through it.

Children

This website is intended for business executives and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
